Arbserv Ltd is seeking to expand our current teams to fulfil a renewed six-year local utility Arborist contract through to 2031. We invite applications for three full-time Trainee Utility Arborist positions.
About the Role:
We are offering a fast-track opportunity that includes comprehensive training valued at over £6,000. Our interest is in selecting the right people to train, develop and invest in, so the fit and potential of the candidate is key: likes working outdoors, no stranger to physical work, has a head for heights, is keen to listen and learn, works well with others and is proactive.
Ideally, we are looking for 18–25-year-olds who live within under 30mins of our depot SY59BQ and have a UK driving license. This is due to the nature of the trainee position in a physically demanding job, 7.30am start time, and the need to be quickly available during emergency storm conditions.

-
Workplace pension scheme for all staff
-
All PPE and equipment provided

Continued professional development and refresher training
